The second reshuffle is the reform of the state-owned enterprise management system. The contracting system is the main form, and the enterprise is contracted by the contractor as a whole. This kind of contracting broke the system of egalitarianism and big pot rice inherent in state-owned enterprises. Greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of business managers and producers, and improved the labor efficiency of enterprises.

The third reshuffle is the reform of enterprise property rights, and a large number of state-owned enterprises have been converted into private enterprises. This kind of reform that touches on property rights is a deep-level reform and a substantial adjustment of the ownership relationship between state-owned enterprises. As a result, it was “national transfer to the people” and a large number of private enterprises were born.

Liu Yuwen believes that the three transformations with reforms as the main theme are clearer and more profound than once. Along with the transformation, the development of Hubei's stone industry has shown a trajectory of continuous advancement in exploration.

Liu Yuwen said that in the 30 years from 1983 to the present, the province's stone has grown from an annual output of 100,000 square meters to the present. The annual production capacity of marble is 12 million square meters, and the actual annual output is more than 8 million square meters. The annual production capacity of granite is 9000. More than 10,000 square meters, the actual annual output last year was 60 million square meters. The production capacity and output of stone are among the top five in the country. At the same time, the popularity and reputation of Hubei Stone has also been unprecedentedly upgraded. Macheng was named “China's Granite Town”, Tongshan was named “China's Marble Town”, and Tuanfeng County was named “Hubei Stone”. Town of".

Liu Yuwen said that the development history of Hubei stone in 30 years, the most brilliant ones are the years after the "state-owned enterprises changed private" after 2000. After the restructuring, the private enterprises coincided with the transfer of eastern industries, and they took over the transfer of stone industry in Fujian and Guangdong.
